Springfield Hospital

Conversion and extensive refurbishment of the Grade II listed former Springfield University Hospital in Tooting. Phase 2 and 3 consists of 152 no. residential units distributed over the Engineering, Kitchen, Central blocks under Phase 2 and High Trees, RC Chapel, Jubilee Wing, Elm, Oak, Fir, Teak blocks under Phase 3. The conversion involves extensive remodeling of the internal layouts of the buildings and sensitive restoration of the impressive architecture as well as the surrounding gardens. The project will create a new community at this prestigious residential development in South West London. EA were appointed as lead consultant in respect of RIBA Plan of Work stages 4 & 5.
