Hyatt Place

Hyatt Place is a 45,000 ft² extensive office refurbishment of the former Britvic Soft Drinks head office, which includes the creation of new facilities to achieve compliance with the Equality Act and a compliant Means of Escape to all floors in respect of the latest approved document Part B of the Building Regulations. EA were appointed as lead consultant in respect of RIBA Plan of Work stages 4-6 inc.
