Feasibility & Planning

We are experienced in undertaking feasibility studies for our clients to assist them with land appraisals and acquisitions. We can prepare proposals for the purposes of obtaining feedback from Local Authority planning departments and fully developed proposals for formal detailed planning applications, working with various stakeholders and other disciplines where required.

Illustrations from various projects include feasibility schemes, designs for pre-application feedback and fully developed proposals for detailed planning applications in respect of RIBA Plan of Work stages 0 – 3.
